Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell building and interior solutions. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and client meetings
- Promote and sell building, interior, and related product solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, builders, and corporate clients
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Conduct site visits, product presentations, and client demonstrations
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
- Identify new projects, market opportunities, and prospective customers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales activities
- Share regular sales updates and market feedback with management
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales
- Experience in construction materials, interiors, building products, furniture systems, partitions, ceilings, or related industries is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and site visits
