Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Pest Control Operator to carry out pest control treatments at client locations. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting sites, identifying pest issues, applying pest control solutions safely, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Inspect premises to identify pest infestations and recommend suitable treatment methods.
- Apply chemicals, pesticides, and other pest control solutions as per safety guidelines.
- Handle pest control equipment and tools properly.
- Ensure timely service completion and maintain service quality standards.
- Maintain records of treatments, materials used, and service reports.
- Educate clients on preventive measures and hygiene practices.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies during operations.
- Report operational issues or customer complaints to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper grooming, discipline, and professional behavior at client locations.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of pest control methods and chemicals.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client locations.
- Awareness of safety and hygiene standards.
- Physical fitness for fieldwork and operational activities.
Qualification:
- SSC / Intermediate or equivalent.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in pest control services or facility management preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
