Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Counsellor for our EPT (English Proficiency Test) Department. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of IELTS, PTE, and other English proficiency courses, along with excellent communication and counselling skills. The role involves handling walk-in inquiries, counselling prospective students, and guiding them in selecting the most suitable course based on their academic or immigration goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and counsel walk-in students regarding IELTS, PTE, and other English proficiency test preparation courses.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses and study plans.
- Explain course features, batch schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM/system.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for batch allocation and student onboarding.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in counselling for IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, or Study Abroad/Education industry..
- Strong counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle walk-ins and convert leads into admissions.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
