Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager who can effectively manage and grow multiple brand accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling social media platforms, planning content strategies, and driving engagement across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts including:
- Temples99, Parks99, EventTitans, Tickets99, QuickEventStaff, and the CEO’s personal handles
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars
- Plan campaigns aligned with business goals to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Coordinate closely with the Graphic Design team to provide content briefs, ideas, and direction
- Review creatives, suggest improvements, and ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Monitor social media performance, analytics, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and lead generation through innovative strategiesRequired Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience in content planning, strategy building, and campaign execution
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a strong business-oriented approach
- Analytical skills to track performance and improve results
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a marketing or advertising agency (added advantage)
- Familiarity with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools
- Basic understanding of paid campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus
