Job Title: IT Executive/Lab. Tech- IT
Job Summary:
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. The role involves diagnosing and resolving IT-related problems, setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting end-users with technical queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity problems.
- Manage and support IT assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure system security by implementing necessary updates and patches.
- Assist in user account management, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts in Active Directory.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, repairs, and support services.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related best practices.
- Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and deployments as needed.
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices, including endpoint protection and data encryption.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
