Job Title: Land Surveyor
Job Summary
We are looking for a precise and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys, establishing property boundaries, and providing accurate geospatial data for our civil engineering and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, hands-on field experience, and a commitment to data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field measurements, boundary surveys, and topographic mapping using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and auto-levels.
- Analyze and calculate survey data to prepare detailed maps, layouts, and engineering drawings.
- Establish exact property lines, benchmarks, and legal boundaries.
- Collaborate closely with site engineers and project managers to ensure construction alignments match design plans.
- Maintain, calibrate, and manage all surveying instruments and equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Land Surveyor in civil infrastructure or construction projects.
- Education: I.T.I in Surveying,Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, and survey data processing software.
- Skills: Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions.
