Job Summary
RecruitFutures is partnering with a key client to hire an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the end-to-end delivery of medium to complex SaaS, Data, and GenAI programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, project delivery experience, architecture exposure, and the ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams and global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery from customer discovery through production go-live and hypercare.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear user stories and technical directions.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning, release management, DoR/DoD, and quality gates.
- Manage capacity planning, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in architecture and system design discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs.
- Work closely with backend, frontend, mobile, and data engineering teams.
- Drive engineering practices including Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, CI/CD, and Cloud platforms.
- Manage global customers across the US/EU, including expectations, escalations, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve delivery productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of total IT experience, including at least 4+ years in cross-functional software product delivery leadership.
- BE/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Mandatory PMP and/or CSM certification.
- Experience working in a mid-level service company environment.
- Strong understanding of backend systems, REST APIs, Microservices, and system design principles.
- Experience with AWS/Azure, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience with integrations such as REST APIs, Identity Providers (IdP), and payment gateways.
- Mandatory experience using AI tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Conceptual understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and RAG is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with previous experience as a Developer, QA, Mobile, or Web professional before transitioning into a Technical Project Manager role will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
