Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Convert inquiries and leads into enrollments
- Conduct counseling sessions and presentations
- Guide students throughout the admission process
- Maintain CRM and student records
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in EdTech sales/counseling preferred
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Target-oriented approach
2. B2B Franchise Manager / B2B Sales Manager
Experience : 1+ Year
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and engage franchise/business partnership leads
- Present business opportunities to potential partners
- Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle
- Handle negotiations and close deals
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline tracking
- Build and manage partner relationships
Required Skills:
- Experience in B2B or franchise sales
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Target-driven mindset with strong closing skills
- CRM knowledge preferred
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
