Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:
Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Hubli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and online platforms.
- Meet potential clients and present the company's services.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily activity and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Willingness to travel within Hubli and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
