We at Shree Bajrang Motors Pvt. Ltd. are looking for an energetic and experienced Workshop General Manager to lead workshop operations, achieve service revenue and profitability targets, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain OEM service standards, and develop a high-performing technical team. 1. Workshop Operations Management
- Lead day-to-day workshop operations across mechanical, electrical, body, and aggregate repair sections.
- Ensure optimum utilization of bays, technicians, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and reduce downtime for customer fleets.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturer service processes.
2. Revenue & Profitability
- Achieve workshop revenue, gross margin, and labor sales targets.
- Drive service business growth through AMC/CMC, fleet maintenance contracts, and repeat business.
- Control operating expenses and improve workshop profitability.
- Monitor labor efficiency, productivity, and billing realization.
3. Customer & Fleet Relationship Management
- Handle key fleet customers and major service accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalation cases.
- Improve customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention.
- Coordinate with service advisors for accurate job estimation and delivery commitments.
4. Technical & Quality Control
- Ensure quality repairs and first-time-right (FTR) performance.
- Oversee diagnosis of complex heavy vehicle issues (engine, transmission, axle, electrical, braking, and electronic systems).
- Coordinate with OEM technical support for unresolved cases.
- Ensure usage of genuine Ashok Leyland parts and approved repair practices.
5. Spare Parts & Inventory Coordination
- Work closely with the spare parts department to ensure parts availability.
- Monitor fast-moving and critical parts requirements.
- Reduce vehicle waiting time due to parts shortages.
6. Compliance, Safety & Audit
- Ensure adherence to OEM dealership standards and audit requirements.
- Implement workplace safety.
- Maintain documentation, job cards, warranty records, and statutory compliance.
7. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead service advisors, workshop managers (floor), supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and skill assessments.
- Plan technical training and competency development.
- Build a performance-driven and customer-focused culture.
Required Expertise / Competencies:

Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
Total Experience:
- 7–10+ years in commercial vehicle service operations.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years in a managerial role in an authorized workshop.
Preferred Background:
- Ashok Leyland or similar heavy vehicle OEM/dealership network.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
