Job Summary:
VXV Creations is looking for a responsible and energetic Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize office documents, files, and records.
- Support HR and accounts-related documentation work.
- Handle office errands and coordination tasks.
- Assist in preparing and managing reports, invoices, and basic data entry.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communication.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of office areas.
- Support employees and management with day-to-day requirements.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage office tasks responsibly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Prior office experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and teamwork ability.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and office procedures.
