Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound international calls to shippers and carriers
- Source and negotiate freight rates
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
- Track loads and resolve transit issues
- Update shipment details in internal systems
- International calling / BPO / sales experience is a plus
