Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Contact potential customers and explain the company's products or services.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, MBA, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales or business development is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
