We’re looking for a social media-savvy Graphic Designer. This is not just a “make things look good” role. You’ll be at the centre of our marketing engine, creating visuals that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
You’ll work across social media, ads, branding, and offline collateral, while also leveraging AI tools to move faster, experiment more, and push creative boundaries.

Design engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

Create post creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and story formats

Collaborate with the content and marketing team on campaigns

Design newsletters & email campaigns

Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta and other platforms

Work closely with the performance team to iterate based on data

Develop and evolve visual identities for campaigns and sub-brands

Create and maintain brand guidelines
-
Ensure consistency across all design touchpoints

Design brochures, posters, standees, merchandise, and other print materials
-
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when required

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and launches

Use AI tools for faster ideation and asset creation
-
Experiment with new formats, styles, and trends using AI-assisted workflows

Maintain organised design files and folders
-
Build reusable templates for faster execution

Manage and update design libraries

2–4 years of experience in graphic design (agency/startup/D2C preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing social media, ads, and branding work

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

Hands-on experience with AI design tools

Understanding of performance marketing creatives is a big advantage

Strong attention to detail and design fundamentals (typography, layout, colour)

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

We’ll highly prefer individuals who have experience in Motion graphics

Familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, etc.)

Experience in fast-paced startup or D2C environments
