Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BMS & ELV Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the planning, design, and successful execution of BMS & ELV packages in commercial and industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Design:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines.
Team Coordination:
- Lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient project execution.
Installation and Implementation:
- Manage the installation and commissioning of ELV components and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Manage the sub-contractors effectively.
Field Support:
- Resolve issues reported in commissioned systems in a timely manner.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance in commissioned systems.
Stores Management:
- Raise material requests well in advance.
- Handle local purchases.
- Ensure site store functions properly.
- Keep record of materials issued & returned.
- Ensure safe custody of materials in store and prevent losses & theft.
Client Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Attend project meetings & update project progress & plans.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that ELV systems meet performance and reliability standards.
- Perform system testing and adjustments as needed.
- Make sure safety guidelines are followed by the team.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports for clients and management.
Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for facility operators and maintenance teams on ELV operation and maintenance.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-project completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BMS & ELV Project Engineer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various ELV systems.
- Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead project teams and work collaboratively with clients.
- Relevant certifications is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
