We have an exciting requirement with one of the leading NBFC client for the position of a Ops and Service team.
Role Description
The role involves tasks related to financial service operations, and service activities, located on-site in Thane, Mumbai.
Qualifications
1. 0 to 3 years of experience is preferred
2. A strong background in communication and customer service skills
3. Prior experience in operation activity will be an advantage
4. Experience in the financial services industry
5. Ability to handle high call volumes
6. Familiarity with financial products and services
7. Attention to detail and excellent listening skills
8. Good team player
9. Thrive to learn new concepts and ability to work in a highly challenging environment will be desirable
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
