Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in making calls, and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, online platforms, and other channels.
- Identify and research potential customers based on target requirements.
- Make outbound calls and communicate product/service information effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Maintain and regularly update lead information in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they are ready for sales conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads.
- Maintain daily lead generation and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and social media lead generation is an added advantage.
- Candidates from Tirupati and nearby locations are preferred.
