Job Summary
Lexora Realty OPC Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Client Relationship Executive to manage customer enquiries, schedule site visits and support prospective home buyers throughout the sales process. The role combines inside sales with field coordination and requires regular communication with customers through phone, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.
Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers generated through company marketing campaigns.
Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location and property type.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers.
Accompany customers to project sites in Mumbai and Thane when required.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and available inventory.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain customer records in the CRM and update daily reports.
Coordinate with developers regarding inventory availability and pricing.
Assist customers with booking formalities and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, pre-sales or customer relationship management.
Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Comfortable making outbound calls and attending site visits.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
