Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive who can connect with makeup artists, explain our services and membership plans, and generate sales for the company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in sales calls, and the ability to build good relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Call and connect with makeup artists daily.
● Explain MakeupAura’s services, membership plans, and benefits.
● Convince makeup artists to join the platform and purchase plans.
● Maintain proper follow-up with interested leads.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Update customer details and sales records in CRM or Excel.
● Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding new clients
Requirements
● Good communication and convincing skills.
● Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
● Comfortable with outbound calling.
● Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).
● Experience in sales, telecalling, or business development is a plus.
Preferred Skills Strong negotiation skills. Confidence in handling objections. Interest in the beauty and makeup industry. Ability to work independently and in a team.
