Hiring: Marketing Manager | Pharmaceuticals
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned product portfolios.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
· Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
· Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
· Collaborate with sales teams to drive product performance and achieve targets.
· Design and oversee promotional materials, including visual aids, literature, and digital content.
· Organize CMEs, conferences, and other scientific promotional events.
· Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization.
· Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
· Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
· Mini. 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
· Strong understanding of Pharma market dynamics and product management.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
