The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, achieving individual and store sales targets, and representing Titan World’s brand values through professional selling and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable watches and accessories.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Titan’s brand standards.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across watches, wearables, and accessories.
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensure product displays meet brand guidelines.
- Handle billing and transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic housekeeping.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
