SharePoint Developer I
What will you do?
As a SharePoint Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions. You will work with Modern SharePoint Online, custom SharePoint solutions, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations to deliver scalable, secure, maintainable, and user-friendly applications that support business processes and collaboration. You will also engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, develop solutions, manage feedback, and support deployment.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (e.g., BE, B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc IT).

5–8 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including both Modern SharePoint (SharePoint Online) and custom SharePoint solutions.

Proven experience delivering SharePoint-based solutions in enterprise or large-scale environments with advanced customization.

Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, and governance best practices.
Skills
SharePoint & Microsoft 365

Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Modern Sites, Communication Sites, and Team Sites.

Experience with custom SharePoint development, including web parts, extensions, and workflows.

Good understanding of SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Content Types, and Metadata.
-
Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
Development & Programming

Proficiency in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) for building custom web parts and extensions.

Strong skills in JSON, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (React preferred).

Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and third-party API integrations.

Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom workflows.

Knowledge of C#/.NET for legacy or custom SharePoint solutions (where applicable).
Design & Delivery

Ability to design reusable, scalable, and performance-optimized SharePoint components.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.

Good understanding of security, compliance, and role-based access control in SharePoint.

Preferred

Experience migrating classic SharePoint solutions to Modern SharePoint.

Exposure to governance, automation, and best practices in large Microsoft 365 environments.
