Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally during night shifts
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and rescheduling
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and departments
- Address patient queries and escalate urgent cases to the concerned team
- Maintain call records and update patient information in the system
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through courteous communication
- Follow hospital protocols and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support (preferably healthcare) is a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Good listening skills and a calm, empathetic attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospital or medical call handling
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Multitasking and time management skills
Shifts: Night Shift (6 pm-8am) 14 hour shift, 15 nights on Alternate basis in a month. Dinner Included.
