Job Title: ICU Staff Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate should be skilled in intensive care procedures, patient monitoring, and emergency response while working collaboratively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and identify any changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and syringe pumps.
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients' families regarding patient care and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in resuscitation (Code Blue) when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and NABH standards.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing , GNM Nursing, Or ANM
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- ICU experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong critical care and clinical assessment skills.
- Knowledge of ICU equipment and emergency protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Experience:
- ICU Nursing: 1 year preferred.
Education:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Required), ANM
License/Certification:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
