Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Lab Engineer with hands-on experience in CMM operations, preferably on Zeiss machines. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GD&T and practical exposure to quality systems and control plans.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and program CMM machines (Zeiss preferred) for dimensional inspection
Interpret engineering drawings with GD&T standards
Perform first article inspection, in-process, and final inspection
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and measurement data
Follow and implement quality control plans
Ensure adherence to quality systems and procedures
Coordinate with production and quality teams for issue resolution
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Automobile Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in CMM operation
Strong hands-on experience with Zeiss CMM machines
Solid understanding of GD&T
Knowledge of quality control plans and quality management systems
Good analytical and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
