Role Overview :
The Exhibition Stall Execution Executive will be responsible for end-to-end execution of exhibition stalls, events, and brand activation projects. The role involves coordinating with designers, fabricators, vendors, venue authorities, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complete execution of exhibition stalls from concept approval to dismantling.
- Coordinate with design, production, fabrication, and installation teams.
- Review stall designs, technical drawings, and production requirements.
- Source and manage vendors, contractors, and material suppliers.
- Monitor fabrication quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and supervise stall installation and branding activities.
- Liaise with exhibition organizers regarding approvals, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and venue regulations.
- Handle logistics, transportation, and material movement to and from event venues.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and post-event evaluations.
- Manage stall handover, client walkthroughs, and final sign-off.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in exhibition stall execution, event production, retail fit-outs, or experiential marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabrication materials, production processes, and exhibition logistics.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and production layouts.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
- Travel & Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site during events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
