We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer cum Video Editor to join our growing team and bring visual ideas to life across marketing, education, and event-based projects.
Role Overview:-
We're seeking a passionate Video Editor cum Motion Designer with a keen eye for storytelling, motion, and visual aesthetics. You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, edit, and animate compelling video content across digital and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Edit and produce reels, short videos, and promotional content for social media and campaigns
2. Create motion graphics, animated intros/outros, lower thirds, and title sequences
3. Add sound design, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content
4. Design supporting static creatives, banners, and marketing collaterals when required
5. Develop event branding videos and promotional content for launches and campaigns
6. Ensure brand consistency across all video and visual communication
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
8. Manage multiple video and design projects within tight timelines
9. Stay updated with trending reel formats, transitions, and social media content styles
Requirements:-
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Marketing Agency (mandatory)
2. Strong knowledge of motion design, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
3. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop (mandatory)
4. Working knowledge of Illustrator/InDesign is a plus
5. Should have strong knowledge of current Social Media Trends, reel formats, and trending audio/edit styles across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
6. Hands-on experience in editing engaging, scroll-stopping Reels for brands
7. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines across multiple projects
8. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
9. Good communication and collaboration skills
