Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage complete façade/aluminium/glazing projects from initiation to handover.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC, structural consultants, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain progress reports.
Design & Drawing Coordination
- Review architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate preparation of:
- Shop drawings
- Fabrication drawings
- GA drawings
- Section details
- Material submittals
- Attend technical discussions with consultants and clients for drawing approvals.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, structural requirements, and site conditions.
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise installation and execution activities at site.
- Ensure proper alignment, waterproofing, fixing methodology, and quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower deployment and daily progress.
- Resolve site technical issues immediately.
Material & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement and factory teams for material planning and dispatch.
- Verify material quantities as per approved drawings and BOQ.
- Ensure timely availability of:
- Aluminium profiles
- Glass
- ACP
- Hardware
- Sealants
- Anchors and accessories
Quality & Safety
- Ensure execution complies with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure safety practices are followed during installation works.
Billing & Documentation
- Coordinate measurement sheets and running bill submissions.
- Maintain project documentation including:
- Approvals
- MOMs
- Site reports
- DPRs
- Material records
- Variation statements
Client Handling
- Maintain professional communication with clients and consultants.
- Handle project coordination meetings and resolve technical/commercial issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of façade systems:
- Unitized glazing
- Semi-unitized systems
- Stick glazing
- ACP cladding
- Aluminium windows & doors
- Spider glazing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of façade installation methodology and site management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- MS Project (preferred)
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in façade or aluminium glazing industry.
- Experience handling high-rise or commercial façade projects preferred.

- Leadership and team management ability.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under project deadlines and pressure.
- Good understanding of façade materials, structural coordination, and execution planning.
