We are seeking a smart, courteous, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front office operations and provide excellent support to visitors and office staff. The candidate will act as the first point of contact and ensure smooth coordination of appointments, inquiries, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Manage visitor registration and appointment scheduling
- Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain records and front desk documentation
- Coordinate with other departments
- Provide information regarding services and appoinment timings
- Handle billing support, payment collection, and receipt generation if required
- Ensure proper visitors flow and waiting area management
- Maintain confidentiality of site information
- Handle emails, courier, and administrative correspondence
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception area
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
- Diploma/Certification in Front Office Management
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital reception/front office preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, software)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Kerala inside Trivadnrum District is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be havinhg an advantage
