VAStushila Architects is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, designing, and executing residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and landscape projects with a strong emphasis on innovation, sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic excellence. The Architect will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, prepare architectural concepts, design presentations, working drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed construction documents while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, development regulations, and statutory approvals. The role involves coordinating with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other consultants, conducting regular site visits to monitor construction quality and design implementation, resolving on-site technical issues, preparing project estimates and specifications, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards. The candidate is expected to possess proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office, along with excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with registration with the Council of Architecture (COA), India, is preferred, along with relevant professional experience. The successful candidate should demonstrate creativity, technical expertise, attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional architectural solutions that reflect the vision and values of VAStushila Architects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
