Key Responsibilities:
- Visit fuel pumps and operational sites regularly for account verification, reconciliation, and coordination.
- Be stationed at pump offices as required for operational coordination and accounting activities.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial record management.
- Work on ERP/accounting software for invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, GST, and TDS-related activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense tracking, and support monthly closing activities.
Required Skills:
- Candidate must own a personal vehicle for local travel requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting; strong Excel skills are mandatory.
- Candidate must have a personal laptop for daily work activities.
- Willingness to travel locally for operational visits.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software such as Tally, SAP, etc.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
