- Conduct initial patient assessments, record medical histories, and monitor vital signs.
- Administer prescribed medications, start intravenous (IV) lines, and carry out treatments.
- Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic tests, and surgical procedures.
- Dress wounds, change bandages, and assist with personal hygiene and mobility needs.
- Observe and record changes in patients' conditions, immediately reporting critical issues.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and well-organized ward environment.
- Prepare surgical supplies, sterilize medical equipment, and manage inventory.
