Key Responsibilities
Offline Marketing
- Coordinate hoardings, site branding, print media, and outdoor campaigns.
- Manage vendor relationships and marketing agencies.
- Support event planning, exhibitions, channel partner meets, and corporate events.
- Coordinate production of marketing materials, signage, brochures, standees, and promotional items.
- Ensure timely execution of all offline branding activities.
Digital Marketing
- Coordinate social media content, campaigns, and online promotions.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and digital agencies.
- Assist in planning reels, videos, and content calendars.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and lead generation activities.
- Support website updates and online brand visibility initiatives.
Marketing Operations
- Maintain marketing trackers, budgets, and vendor records.
- Prepare marketing reports and campaign updates.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Marketing Coordination.
- Knowledge of both Offline and Digital Marketing.
- Experience in vendor management and campaign execution.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferences
- Experience in Real Estate Marketing.
- Knowledge of branding, events, and outdoor advertising.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, and AI marketing tools.
