Position: Business & Sales Development Field Executive
Location: Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad
What You'll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Meet prospective clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
Conduct field visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Generate leads, convert prospects, and drive revenue growth.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure excellent service.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets while representing the company professionally.
Who We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred: Married candidates with a stable local presence.
1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, marketing, or customer acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in interacting with clients.
Ability to travel locally and manage field activities independently.
Familiarity with the Ghaziabad market will be an added advantage.
Location Preference
Candidates residing within 3–4 km of Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad will be preferred to ensure convenience, local market familiarity, and faster mobility for field operations.
