We are looking for aggressive, result-oriented, and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for handling student counseling, lead conversion, end-to-end sales cycles, and achieving monthly revenue targets for our educational programs, certification courses, and study abroad services.
Mandatory Criteria
Location: Must be currently based in Bangalore (This is a strict 100% on-site, work-from-office role, no remote options).
Experience: 2 to 10 years of experience.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in Education Sales / Course Sales / Certification Sales / EdTech is mandatory.
Background: Must have a pure sales background with a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Handle both inbound and outbound student leads efficiently.
Counsel prospective students regarding professional courses, certifications, and academic programs.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: Lead ➔ Counselling ➔ Closure ➔ Payment Follow-up.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
Maintain a clean CRM database and manage the sales pipeline accurately.
Coordinate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead flow.
Conduct professional telephonic and virtual counseling sessions.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant programs to existing leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong convincing, negotiation, and student counseling skills.
Mandatory excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven ability to confidently handle objections and close sales efficiently.
Hands-on experience working with CRM tools and pipeline management.
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
