Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development skills and be able to convert design concepts into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages.
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS.
- Write clean, semantic HTML and maintainable CSS.
- Develop interactive website features using JavaScript.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible.
- Optimize websites for speed and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers.
- Troubleshoot and fix UI/UX issues.
- Maintain consistency across multiple web projects.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5
- Strong knowledge of CSS3
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Responsive Web Design
- Flexbox & CSS Grid
- Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
- Cross-browser compatibility
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience with Git/GitHub
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress theme customization
- Knowledge of jQuery
- Familiarity with React.js (basic)
- Experience with Elementor or similar page builders
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Basic knowledge of website performance optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in web design/front-end development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive websites and UI designs.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Familiarity with REST APIs.
- Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP or AOS.
