Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction site activities to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Handle site measurements, material management, and basic cost estimation.
Required Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in construction / infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering standards and safety practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore.
- Ability to handle special machines or equipment (if project-specific).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
