The Role: We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to drive our agency’s expansion. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from identifying high-value prospects to closing long-term service retainers. This is a role for a closer who understands the "why" behind digital marketing and can consultatively sell ROI to business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) to target decision-makers in SMEs and mid-market firms.
- Solution-Based Selling: Collaborate with our technical team (SEO/PPC specialists) to present customized digital growth roadmaps.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales funnel in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Global Outreach: Manage communications and pitches for international clients, primarily in the Middle East and Australia.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on 2026 digital trends (AI-marketing, GA4) to act as a trusted advisor during client consultations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (Agency background preferred).
- Skills: Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO ecosystems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (International client handling experience is a plus).
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.
