About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Administration Coordinator to support our Asset, MEP, and Production teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, documentation, reporting, and coordination skills and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttendance & HR Coordination
- Maintain and update daily attendance records.
- Coordinate with the Admin team regarding employee accommodation, leave updates, and HR-related matters.
- Maintain and regularly update employee and camp records.
Finance & Documentation
- Prepare and process petty cash claims and expense documents.
- Verify and process incentive bills and related documentation.
- Review store, vehicle, and other operational bills and coordinate approvals and payment processing.
Procurement Coordination
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for required materials and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Follow up on approvals and purchase processes until completion.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare operational and performance reports based on project and cost data.
- Maintain fleet reports, checklists, and related records.
- Ensure all reports and operational documentation are updated accurately and submitted on time.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Must own a laptop and have reliable internet access.
- Candidates located in or around Changanassery will be given preference.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
