Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic PHP Laravel developer with expertise in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and MySQL to join our development team. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing and maintaining web applications while also interacting with clients to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure successful project delivery.
Candidates should have excellent communication and client-handling skills. Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP Laravel.

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3,

Design and optimise MySQL databases.

Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.

Handle client meetings, requirement gathering, issue resolution, and project updates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance.

Write clean, secure, and well-documented code.

Participate in deployment, testing, and post-implementation support.
Required Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of core PHP and the Laravel framework.

Proficiency in JavaScript,

Strong experience with MySQL.

Experience in ERP, CRM, or education management software.

Experience with AWS or cloud hosting platforms.
Mandatory Requirements

6 months – 5 years of experience in PHP Laravel development.

Ability to independently interact with clients and understand business requirements.

Hindi is mandatory.

Good spoken and written English.

Willingness to travel if required.
