Job Summary:
We're seeking a versatile Site Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations at our site, handling tasks across various functions like site coordination, HR, and accounts. If you're a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure operational efficiency
- Handle HR-related tasks including onboarding, attendance, and employee coordination.
- Manage site accounting work and maintain accurate records
- Act as a bridge between site and head office for all operational matters
- Ensure basic site-level legal compliance, maintain labour law documentation, and coordinate with HR/Legal for inspections and compliance needs.
Note: Candidate must hold a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
