We’re looking for a creative + fast video editor who understands storytelling — not just cutting clips.
We are hiring a Long-Form YouTube Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, retention-focused content that keeps viewers watching.
This is NOT basic editing work.
We need someone who understands:
YouTube pacing
Viewer psychology
Storytelling
Engagement editing style
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Editing long-form YouTube videos (8–40 mins)
- Creating engaging storytelling flow
- Adding:
- Motion graphics
- Text highlights
- Visual references (images/videos)
- Jump cuts for retention
- Background music
- Sound effects where needed
- Improving pacing & removing dead moments
- Adding zoom-ins, cuts & pattern interrupts
- Creating clean & professional podcast-style edits
- Syncing audio properly
- Basic color correction
- Using stock visuals where needed
- Delivering videos optimized for YouTube retention
Editing Style We Want

Software Requirements
Must be comfortable with:
- Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)
Requirements
- Experience editing long-form YouTube videos
- Understanding of YouTube retention editing
- Good sense of pacing & storytelling
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Creative thinking (not template editing)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
