Kokokiwi is looking for an Operations Admin to manage daily operations and coordinate between different teams including IT, Sales, Customer Support, and Driver Operations.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between teams, tracking ongoing tasks, maintaining records, and providing regular updates to management.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with IT team regarding app issues, updates, and new requirements.
* Coordinate with Sales team for onboarding and operational support.
* Monitor customer complaints and support tickets.
* Follow up on pending tasks with different departments.
* Maintain operational reports and records.
* Assist in KYC verification and document management.
* Monitor daily business activities and service quality.
* Prepare daily and weekly updates for management.
* Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
* Support overall administrative and operational activities.
Requirements:
* Graduate in any field.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and teams.
* Problem-solving mindset.
* Prior experience in operations, administration, customer support, or coordination is preferred.
