Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Operations (Petrol Pump Construction Projects)
- Lead and oversee the operations of multiple petrol pump construction projects across various locations.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Manage overall operational activities, including civil works, underground fuel tank installation, fuel pipeline works, canopy erection, electrical works, forecourt development, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with oil marketing companies, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors across all project sites.
- Monitor project schedules, operational performance, and resource allocation to achieve project targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and statutory requirements.
- Resolve operational, technical, and site-related challenges to minimize project delays.
- Oversee procurement coordination and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Review project documentation, progress reports, billing status, and project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, QA/QC, finance, and HR departments for seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project performance.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Prepare and present operational reports, project updates, and performance reviews to senior management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
