Archerio Interiors is looking for a skilled and precise AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team in Perinthalmanna. In this role, you will turn creative design concepts into detailed, accurate blueprints for site execution. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, understands interior materials, and can deliver clear drawings that our site engineers and production teams can follow easily.
Key Responsibilities
- Make Working Drawings: Create detailed 2D plans, elevations, sections, ceiling designs, and electrical layouts using AutoCAD.
- Detail Furniture & Joinery: Draw precise, detailed drawings for custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, and woodwork so the workshop/site team can build them exactly as planned.
- Convert Designs to Drawings: Turn the designers' rough sketches and 3D views into accurate, measurable technical blueprints.
- Update Site Changes: Adjust drawings based on actual site measurements and feedback sent by the site engineers.
- Keep Files Organized: Maintain clear, neatly labeled folders and follow proper CAD layers and standards for all project files.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a certified course in AutoCAD.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a draftsman within the interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry.
- Software Proficiency: Excellent command of AutoCAD (2D).
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of interior construction, material sizes, and woodworking details.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in dimensions and layering to avoid mistakes during execution.
