Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate with customers, design, production, and vendors.
-Handle product development, sampling, fabrics, trims, measurements, and specifications.
-Coordinate costing, quotations, and T&A plans.
-Follow up on sampling, embroidery development, materials, production, quality, and dispatch.
-Monitor order progress and ensure timely execution.
-Maintain merchandising reports, order sheets, and documentation.
-Coordinate with embroidery and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met accurately.
-Understand and coordinate products involving embroidery, embellishments, and surface ornamentation.
What We’re Looking For
-1–3 years of experience in Fashion Merchandising / Apparel / Textile
-Strong interest and understanding of embroidery and surface ornamentation
-Good knowledge of fabrics, garments, trims, and production processes
-Understanding of embroidery development, sampling, and production will be preferred
-Understanding of costing, T&A, sampling, and order execution
-Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
-Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
-Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, designers, and production teams
