Profile: HR Generalist-Solar-Surat-3.6 LPA
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist profile
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations
- Knowledge of KRA & KPI management systems
- Understanding of PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance will be an added advantage
Salary Range: 25k to 30k
Roles:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities
- Assist in implementing KRA & KPI tracking systems
- Support payroll coordination and HR operational activities
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
- Handle joining, exit formalities, and employee grievance support
- Maintain HR policies and ensure discipline at workplace
- Coordinate with consultants/vendors for HR-related activities
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
