Role Overview
Alkemy EdTech is seeking a qualified and experienced AI Trainer to lead live cohorts for the AI
Foundations Program. The trainer will deliver structured, applied instruction in generative AI,
prompt engineering, workflow design, and responsible AI practices to working professionals.
This role requires both practical AI implementation experience and the ability to teach complex
concepts clearly and confidently in a live online format.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 100 percent live, interactive sessions as per curriculum
- Teach AI foundations in a structured, non technical manner
- Demonstrate practical prompt engineering frameworks
- Guide learners in designing AI assisted workflows
- Provide real business use cases across functions
- Mentor participants through assignments and capstone project
- Review submissions and provide structured feedback
- Evaluate and assess final capstone workflows
- Integrate responsible AI and governance principles throughout the program
- Maintain high engagement, professionalism, and learning standards
Required Skills
Applied AI Capability
- Strong practical understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models
- Hands on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms
- Structured prompt engineering expertise
- Experience designing and implementing AI assisted workflows
- Understanding of AI limitations including hallucinations, bias, and output validation
- Awareness of responsible AI usage and governance fundamentals
Instructional and Communication Skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts without oversimplifying
- Strong live session delivery and presentation skills

Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in AI application, digital transformation, consulting,
analytics, product, or related fields
- Experience conducting live online training preferred
- Exposure to cross functional AI implementation is an advantage

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
