Job Summary
Navalok Academy is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide excellent support to students, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and office documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and classroom schedules.
- Provide information about courses, admissions, and academy services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
- Support the admissions and administrative teams with day-to-day operations.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Perform general administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in front office, reception, customer service, or administration is an added advantage.
