Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Manager with 10+ years of expertise in Java technologies and Payments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and delivering enterprise payment solutions, leading engineering teams, and driving technical excellence. The role involves managing end-to-end software delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance payment applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise payment applications.
- Provide technical leadership for Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to define technical solutions.
- Oversee application architecture, code quality, performance, and security.
- Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery management.
- Ensure seamless integration with payment gateways and banking systems.
- Manage production support, issue resolution, and continuous application improvements.
- Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD adoption, and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and payment industry regulations.
